So baby seal is completed! I took some crit's and applied it to the model to make him better. (The snout is detailed a bit more for stylistic purposes to match the other seals )
He ended up being 690 tri's, with 4 diffuse/spec maps and 3 alpha's. 1 For his body, and three for his eyes to change his expressions. I realized I should've did his mouth similarly but I'll know that for next time.
I rendered him in the Marmoset Toolbag to have it look as close to the toon shader I'm using in Unity for him as possible. I also have multiple positions on this sheet to show off the model and wireframe. The pose you see him in is his default pose.
Baby Seal is fully rigged, textured and animated by me. He will be used in an upcoming game that I'm hoping to release by the end of this year.
Going to post some 2D promotional work for the game too soon to show how closely to the concept work I made him.

It's funny you mentioned that, I did watch a lot of baby seal videos and images when I made these little guys, I find Seals sooo adorable.
